Useful details for a bug report
- browser and version;
- Nauta version;
- whether the issue occurred on ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini;
- the action you expected and what happened instead; and
- a sanitized screenshot with place names and travel dates removed.
Never send account passwords, authentication codes, API keys, or a complete private conversation.

Wait until the assistant answer has finished, reload the page, and confirm the extension is enabled for that supported site.
A place looks wrong
Treat extracted places as candidates. Edit the label or Maps query before exporting, and do not mark an ambiguous place as confirmed.
The calendar export is empty
Add a date to at least one trip day. ICS export includes dated trip objects only.
Security reports
For a suspected security vulnerability, email support@nauta.travel with “Nauta security” in the subject. Please avoid testing against other people’s accounts or data.
